Job Description

As office admin cum projects coordinator, this person will be responsible for:

- Coordinating with site supervisors for site progress update, material procurements and delivery, vendor contracts and payments

-Coordinate with Accountant for issuance of Purchase orders, collection of bills and keep track of payments

-Manage office petty cash

-Manager staff attendance

-Coordinate with various stakeholders (vendors, clients, others) on various administrative requirements

-Liaise with creative team on social media and website collaterals

-Flexible to travel to site or shop in case of absolute need

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
