The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Manage and grow the brand's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and manage content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media. Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and paid traffic. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Implement email marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality creatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and basic video editing software. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms. Good communication and copywriting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have):Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). Experience with WordPress or website management platforms. Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus. Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is an advantage.
