Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Product & Project Marketing
  • Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for

    NEGO

    ,

    INPO

    , and

    GenAI service offerings

    .
  • Develop and manage product landing pages, solution briefs, and targeted content funnels.
🔹 Website & Landing Pages
  • Build and maintain SEO-optimized

    landing pages using WordPress

    .
  • A/B test page elements to improve lead conversion rates.
🔹 SEO & SEM
  • Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
  • Plan and manage

    Google Ads campaigns

    for high-intent lead generation.
🔹 Social Media & B2B Campaigns
  • Run

    LinkedIn Ads & Sponsored Posts

    targeting decision-makers (CIOs, Legal, Finance, Procurement Heads).
  • Grow LinkedIn follower base organically and via paid engagement.
🔹 Email Marketing
  • Design and execute

    email nurture campaigns

    (Cold, Drip, Newsletter) via tools like Mailchimp or SendGrid.
  • Segment lists based on buyer personas (Legal, Finance, Procurement).
🔹 Azure Marketplace Marketing
  • Optimize

    Azure Cloud Marketplace

    listings for NEGO and INPO.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft co-sell and partner programs for broader visibility.
🔹 Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other tools.
  • Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience

    in a

    B2B SaaS/IT services

    environment.
  • Hands-on experience with

    WordPress, Elementor or similar builders

    .
  • Proven skills in

    SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Azure Marketplace promotion

    and co-sell mechanics is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with

    email marketing tools

    like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong content creation skills – landing pages, email, social media, case studies.
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Knowledge of

    Generative AI marketing trends

    and use cases.
  • Experience in

    Microsoft Partner Network

    and

    Cloud Marketplace GTM

  • Ability to collaborate with sales and product teams for ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
