• Develop custom NLP/NLU pipelines, intents, and conversational flows for diverse business use cases.
• Integrate Druid AI solutions with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.) and third-party APIs.
• Optimize and fine-tune conversational models for accuracy, personalization, and contextual understanding.
• Work with product managers and solution architects to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
• Implement analytics dashboards to track conversation performance, KPIs, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance AI models with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.

• Hands-on expertise in Druid AI platform

  for conversational AI and automation.
• Hands on experience in Data services is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of

  NLP/NLU frameworks

  (e.g., spaCy, Rasa, Dialogflow, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency in

  Python/JavaScript

  for AI/ML development and API integrations.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of

  REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs

  for integrations.
• Experience in

  conversation analytics & performance tuning

  .
• Familiarity with

  vector databases, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

  LLM fine-tuning

• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Conversational AI development, with at least 1+ years in

  Druid AI

• Prior experience in industries such as

  BFSI, Healthcare, LegalTech, or Enterprise SaaS

  is a plus.
• Experience in

  multilingual conversational design

  is desirable.
