Digital Marketing Executive

Overview:
India Solution is looking for a experienced, creative and organized Digital Marketing Executive who has knowledge about designing to manage our digital branding, design promotional content, handle client communication, and oversee lead-generation platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is digitally savvy, design-focused, and passionate about building brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting and content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging reels, stories, and updates that reflect the brand’s tone and services.
• Interact with followers, respond to queries, and grow organic reach.

2. Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design eye-catching posters, event creatives, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the events team to showcase recent work, client testimonials, and company updates.

3. Promotional Messaging & Client Outreach

• Send promotional messages and updates via WhatsApp Business, SMS, and email.
• Create WhatsApp catalog templates, festive messages, service flyers, and offer posts.

4. Lead Generation & Database Management

• Gather and organize leads from social media, events, and website visitors.
• Maintain and regularly update a client and lead database for sales follow-up.

5. Online Listings & Reviews Management

• Handle the company’s presence on platforms such as:
• Google Business Profile
• Justdial
• IndiaMART
• Sulekha
• Wedding portals (WedMeGood, ShaadiSaga, etc.)
• Update business details, post photos, respond to client reviews, and monitor leads from these platforms.

6. Campaign & Performance Monitoring

• Track social media metrics and campaign performance.
• Suggest improvements and creative ideas for boosting engagement and leads.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital promotion.
• Proficiency in graphic design tool such as Photoshop, Corel Draw or Illustrator.
• Good command of English, with strong writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with platforms like Justdial, Google Business, and WhatsApp Business.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
