Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads/sales. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of current marketing tools, social media trends, and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage and grow social media presence through engaging content, regular posting, and audience interaction.
• Handle SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Create, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the sales team to align marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the company’s website updates and blog content.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Canva/Adobe tools.
• Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Preferred:

• Experience with video marketing, influencer collaborations, or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / SEO will be a plus.

Salary Range:
