Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)

Office Hours: 9:40 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns (Bulk Messaging, Promotional Campaigns, Festive Offers, Customer Retargeting).
• Design and send Email Marketing Campaigns (Promotional, Informative, Drip Campaigns & Follow-up Emails) to nurture leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports (Open Rate, Click Rate, Conversions, Bounce Rate).
• Handle customer queries and responses through WhatsApp/Email in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and segment Marketing Database/CRM (Active Customers, Inactive Customers, Potential Leads).
• Create engaging and creative content – short messages, catchy subject lines, call-to-actions, and customer-friendly communication.
• Utilize marketing tools & automation software (Mailchimp, WhatsApp API, Sendinblue, Zoho CRM) to run effective campaigns.
• Implement personalized & targeted messaging strategies to promote company products/services.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to support lead nurturing and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & tools and implement them in campaigns.

Skills Required :-

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).  Knowledge of WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp API.
• Familiarity with Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Zoho, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
• Creative writing and message drafting skills.
• Time management and multitasking ability.
