About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, drive online brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and boost user engagement across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to monitor website and campaign performance. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Ensure the company website is fully optimized for search engines (SEO). Conduct regular keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Social Media Marketing: Plan and run social media campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter). Schedule posts, engage with users, and track performance using social media analytics tools.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to identify the most effective formats and messaging.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop a comprehensive content strategy for blogs, email newsletters, landing pages, and more. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Paid Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid platforms. Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
  • Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Identify and build partnerships with digital influencers, bloggers, or collaborators to expand brand reach and credibility online.
  • Industry & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, new tools, algorithm changes, and best practices. Conduct regular competitor research to inform strategy.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing activities with broader organizational goals and branding.

Key Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance marketing.
