Job Description As the Client Acquisition Manager – AP & Telangana , you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying, engaging, and acquiring institutional clients, primarily schools and educational bodies. This is a field sales role requiring extensive travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to build strong relationships and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and target new schools and institutional clients aligned with company goals Develop and execute field sales strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth Build and manage a sales pipeline; provide accurate forecasts and reporting Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approach Travel extensively across assigned territory (AP & Telangana) for client meetings Requirements MBA or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field 8–10 years of B2B field sales/client acquisition experience, preferably in the education sector or EdTech Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience using CRM and sales tools for tracking and reporting Self-driven, adaptable, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently Willingness to travel frequently across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: publishing: 8 years (Required) edtech: 8 years (Required) b2b sales(Publishing and books): 8 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
