As a Quality Assurance Executive for Round Bars and Precision Machined Components, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting Incoming Material Quality Assurance to ensure the quality of materials used in production. - Reviewing and controlling Raw Material Test Certificates to verify the quality standards. - Performing Supplier and Mill Review to maintain and enhance quality assurance processes. - Ensuring compliance with End User Procedures, Standards, and Specifications to meet quality requirements. - Coordinating Third Party Inspections for 3.2 certification from organizations like TUV or SGS. - Overseeing NABL Lab testing and ensuring third-party witness when required. - Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and 9120 standards. - Obtaining Certificate of Conformance from Mills and Suppliers to validate product quality. - Managing Endorsement and Traceability processes for quality control. Qualifications required for this role include knowledge of Metals, Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys, and Machining parts. Previous experience of 2-3 years in a similar role would be beneficial.
