Now, we're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to power up our paid media game and content strategies. Who We’re Looking For: A passionate, data-driven digital marketer who knows how to turn ad budgets into real business results. You’ll be the one optimizing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns like a pro — from targeting to creatives to analytics — while also collaborating with our content team to align messaging and marketing narratives. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to drive leads, traffic, and conversions for clients Analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools — suggest actionable insights and improvements Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft ad creatives, copies, and landing pages that convert Develop performance reports, monitor KPIs, and present clear, data-backed results to clients and management Stay updated with Meta’s ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends Contribute strategic ideas for content themes, campaigns, and audience engagement tactics based on performance data Assist in managing ad budgets and ensuring high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) Skills Required: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance marketing metrics Understanding of content strategy and audience psychology Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture with tight deadlines Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude Good to Have: Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic design tools Prior agency or startup experience Location: Indore (On-site) Salary: 12-18k per month Apply now at: grow@inkcast.co.in Call us: 9243660234 Let’s grow together.
