Job Description

Incision Abroad is seeking a skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who can run result-driven ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This is a hands-on role — you will manage strategy, targeting, creatives, budgets, and optimizations with full ownership and clarity. We’re not looking for a passive digital marketer. We want someone who understands the science of ad delivery, the psychology of patient conversion, and the urgency of healthcare campaigns. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) Define campaign objectives, audience segments, and ad flows for B2C healthcare leads Create and test ad copies, visuals (with design team), and landing pages Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard A/B testing for creatives, headlines, CTAs, and placements Manage monthly ad budgets with ROI tracking and reporting Report daily/weekly performance to MD and marketing team Suggest funnel improvement and retargeting strategies 🛠️ Required Skills:Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Strong knowledge of campaign setup, bidding strategy, pixel tracking, custom events Familiar with Meta Business Suite, GTM, GA4, GSC Clear understanding of CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC metrics Good command of English (copywriting + ad review) Ability to analyze data, scale winners, and pause underperformers Healthcare/Medical leads experience is a bonus Knowledge of international ad compliance (GCC/Europe targeting) is a big plus 🚫 Who Should Not Apply:Candidates who only boosted posts or watched free YouTube tutorials Agencies/freelancers (this is a full-time in-house role) People who can't work under a performance-oriented reporting system 🧩 Preferred Experience:2–4 years of hardcore performance marketing experience Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Comm, or Tech Candidates from a medical, insurance, or B2C lead-gen background are preferred 📈 What You’ll Get:Ownership of international patient acquisition funnels Transparent performance-based growth Learn ROI marketing, not just branding fluff High trust and high responsibility from the founding team
