Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are hiring a passionate and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our medical tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients (domestic and international), explaining medical treatment options, and converting leads into confirmed cases. You will be the first point of contact, helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in choosing treatment abroad. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads generated through online platforms, referrals, or marketing campaigns. Explain medical treatment options, hospital offerings, and service packages in a clear and empathetic manner. Build trust with patients by understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance. Follow up consistently on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. Coordinate with patient advisors, hospitals, and travel teams for smooth handover after deal closure. Update CRM or patient records with call logs, responses, and status. Achieve monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue. Handle basic patient queries related to treatments, procedures, or doctor availability. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (experience in healthcare/medical domain is a plus). Excellent spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc. are a plus). Ability to handle international patients with professionalism and empathy. Sales-driven mindset with good negotiation and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of common medical procedures (like transplant, cosmetic surgery, orthopedic treatments) is an advantage.
