Sales Executive

🎯 Role Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated, persuasive, and fluent sales executive who can handle inbound/outbound leads, guide patients through the process, and build trust. The ideal candidate is willing to travel when needed, comfortable working flexible hours, and has a proven track record in closing deals or patient conversions. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential patients via calls, WhatsApp, social media, classifieds, and inbound queries. Explain the kidney transplant process abroad and the benefits of choosing Incision Abroad. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families. Handle objections, clarify doubts, and nurture trust throughout the decision-making process. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions. Coordinate with hospitals, consultants, and case managers locally and internationally. Travel to hospitals or patient homes if required for relationship building or coordination. Keep records updated in CRM or lead management tools. ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication & sales skills (Hindi, English required; regional languages a plus) Prior experience in sales, medical tourism, insurance, healthcare, or teleconsultation is preferred. Confidence in dealing with emotionally sensitive cases and building rapport with families. Willingness to travel for meetings or patient support (if needed). Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or CRM tools. 💼 What We Offer:Flexible working hours – manage your own schedule.
