To expand our client base, we’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can connect with potential clients and introduce our services over calls.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to reach out to business owners, introduce our digital marketing services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Introduce company services and explain benefits
• Identify client needs and generate interest
• Schedule follow-ups and meetings with decision-makers
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and responses
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus (training provided)
• Good at convincing and handling objections
