Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-time Industry: Digital marketing Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable with going out into the field to generate leads, promote our brand, and build a strong local presence. You’ll also work with the digital marketing team to align offline lead-generation strategies with online campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to potential customer locations (residential, commercial, or events) to promote the brand and services. Identify and engage with prospective customers to generate qualified leads. Collect, record, and report customer details accurately for follow-up by the inside sales or digital marketing team. Distribute marketing materials, set up stalls, and participate in local events and roadshows. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide field insights and help optimize campaign targeting and messaging. Provide daily/weekly updates on lead status and field activity reports. Educate potential customers about products/services and resolve initial queries. Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Min 1 year of experience in field sales, marketing, or lead generation. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, etc.) is a plus. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
