• Executing and optimising Meta ad campaigns for brand awareness, engagement & lead generation
• Tracking performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, reach & engagement
• Managing audience targeting, retargeting & custom audiences
• Running A/B tests on creatives, copies & formats
• Coordinating with design & content teams for effective ad creatives
• Managing daily budgets and ensuring efficient spend
• Preparing weekly & monthly performance reports with insights
• Staying updated with Meta trends, tools & ad policies
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong execution experience with Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite
• Clear understanding of digital funnels, performance metrics & reporting
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Meta Blueprint Certification
• Exposure to Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams
