Role Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can:

  • Manage social media presence across major platforms for both FindingPi’s brand and its clients
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (especially Google Ads)
  • Dive deep into advertisement metrics, analyse them, derive insights, and optimise accordingly
  • Think in terms of automation: workflow automations, reporting automations, campaign automations
  • Solve problems creatively: given a challenge or business goal, propose novel, effective digital solutions
  • Communicate clearly: with clients, internal teams (creative, content, technical), and stakeholders


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and execute content & campaigns for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for both FindingPi and its clients
  • Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, etc.) with a strong ROI focus
  • Track performance: define KPIs, monitor metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.), deliver reports with insights and recommendations
  • Design and implement marketing automations; e.g. email drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, automated reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with creative & content teams to ensure messaging, visuals, tone are aligned with brand(s)
  • Propose creative digital solutions for client problem statements (e.g. growth hacks, campaign ideas, cross-channel integrations)
  • Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, advertising platforms, tools & automation technologies


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with 

    Google Ads

     (must)
  • Solid understanding of ad metrics & analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Ads Manager etc.)
  • Experience managing social media platforms: content planning, posting, community engagement, ads
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. email automation, CRM automations, workflow tools)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (presenting ideas, interacting with clients, drafting content)
  • Good organisational skills; ability to multitask across FindingPi’s own work and clients’ projects


What Success Looks Like

When we judge performance, we’ll look at:

  1. The creativity & effectiveness of your proposed solutions for given problems or campaigns
  2. The performance of campaigns under your management (return on ad spend, lead generation, conversion metrics etc.)
  3. How well you use automation to increase efficiency & effect (e.g. automate reporting, reduce repetitive tasks, improve lead journeys)
  4. Clarity, professionalism, and impact of your communication: internally & with clients
