About the role Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to promote the company's brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Manage and optimize website content, ensuring it is SEO-friendly and up to date. Monitor and report on performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Conduct keyword research, market trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Create engaging and relevant content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites. Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing strategies. Maintain and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). Analyze Google Analytics and other digital data sources to gain insights and improve strategy. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a digital marketing role (1–3 years for junior to mid-level). Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Excellent communication and writing skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret data. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and/or Analytics certification. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
