The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, SEO, and content marketing strategies specifically tailored for real estate. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation Design and manage online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.) to generate qualified leads for listings and agents. Build and optimize lead funnels and landing pages using CRM tools and marketing automation. Content Marketing & SEO Create and manage content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and websites to drive traffic and engagement. Optimize website and listing pages for SEO and local search rankings. Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Run paid ad campaigns and track performance metrics. Email Marketing Build and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, property updates, promotions). Segment lists and personalize messages to maximize engagement. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates. Website & CRM Management Maintain the company’s website, ensuring up-to-date listings and optimized UX/UI. Integrate and manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, KVCore, Follow Up Boss).
