Digital Marketing Executive

Key Skills:

• Social Media Marketing

  – Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

• Campaign Management

  – Experience in running lead generation, awareness, and engagement campaigns.

• Content Marketing

  – Ability to plan and execute digital content calendars in coordination with the creative team.

• SEO & SEM

  – Basic knowledge of search engine optimisation and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads preferred).

• Analytics & Reporting

  – Skilled in tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.

• Email Marketing (Preferred)

  – Experience with email campaign tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media pages, ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and posts.
• Optimize campaigns based on insights and performance metrics.
• Create monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies for growth.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align campaigns with organizational goals.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, or HubSpot) will be an advantage.

Professional Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
• Experience in the

  education, edtech, or training sector

  preferred but not mandatory.
