About Role We are looking for a versatile digital marketer who lives and breathes data, content, and algorithms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients' brands and services. Your goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities SEO & SEM: Plan and execute all SEO/SEM activities, including keyword research, technical SEO audits, and link-building strategies to improve organic rankings. Social Media Management: Design and oversee social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and high engagement. Paid Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) from setup to optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient budget utilization. Content Strategy: Collaborate with designers to create compelling copy and visual content for blogs, emailers, and social posts. Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience is a plus). Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media algorithms. Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva (or similar), and email marketing platforms. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Zirakpur.
