About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially in SEO, analytics, and B2B content strategies. You’ll play a key role in boosting our digital presence, optimizing for search, generating leads, and supporting brand awareness across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution:

Execute comprehensive SEO strategies—on-page, off-page, and technical—to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.

Data Analytics:

Utilize

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

and

Google Search Console (GSC)

to monitor site performance, analyze campaign data, and identify actionable insights. Deliver regular performance reports and optimization recommendations.

B2B Content Optimization:

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop SEO-driven content tailored for B2B audiences. Ensure content aligns with lead generation and conversion goals.

LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation (Preferred):

Identify and connect with potential B2B leads via LinkedIn. Initiate outreach campaigns to nurture prospects and drive meaningful engagement.

Social Media Management:

Assist in managing and executing B2B campaigns across social platforms. Support brand visibility and community engagement with a strategic approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly in SEO.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in GA4 and GSC for website and campaign analytics.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

B2B Knowledge:

Practical experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and funnel optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the

IT services

or

technology

industry.Knowledge of

LinkedIn lead generation

techniques.Familiarity with

social media campaign

development and execution, especially for B2B.
