For the next few months, we're looking for a creative and HIGH ENERGY Digital Marketing Executive who has solid experience in Linkedin engagement and community building, who can help us shape our voice, spark conversations, and grow engagement. It's selective, high-impact role directly working with Founders and Management team.

ValueXPA is a global technology‑enabled Finance‑as‑a‑Service Partner for small and mid‑sized businesses and institutions. We specialize in helping organizations make critical management decisions through financial and operational reporting, advanced analytics & automation, and end‑to‑end managed finance processes. We are building AI-powered Finops project and building a community for finance professionals to enable finance digital transformation for SMBs using UI.


You will be working to engage with prospects based in Global locations.


This role does NOT involve much of SEO - therefore, if you come with only SEO and generic digital marketing skills, it wont suit you.


Role Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with Social Media experience (2-3 years’ experience) to join our marketing team. You’ll help execute our social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit and emerging channels, crafting on‑brand posts, engaging with audiences, and supporting client outreach initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Work directly with the founder and partner to drive the firm's overseas go-to-market activities

2. Help with online community building of a newly launched platform and drive finance and tech-related content generation through existing tools and research.

3. Work with designers or take up quick designs in AI tools/Canva for social media engagement 4. Implement GA4 for tracking 3 of our websites. Keep track of SEO recommendations and drive content and keyword inclusion

5. Run already developed advanced marketing automation tools and Support in email marketing - coordination on lead database sourcing and using manual or automated tools to track email reach

6. Help in organizing content and help in the publication of magazines and newsletters


Other responsibiliteis

  • Create, edit and schedule social media content (posts, captions, images) that align with our brand voice and business objectives.
  • Contribute to content that directly resonates with C-suite business leaders of mid to large corporates
  • Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain client touch‑points for outreach in multiple mediums—including email campaigns, direct messages, and community forums—to drive awareness and nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams on multimedia assets (graphics, short videos) to boost content appeal.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and prepare weekly/monthly reports to inform strategy adjustments.


Mandatory Credentials

  • Hands on experience in social media engagement for B2B use cases
  • 2-3s’ hands‑on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable content‑writing expertise, with a portfolio of social media posts, blogs or articles.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


Other Credentials (Preferred)

  • Experience working with B2B clients—especially in finance or technology.
  • Basic graphic‑design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • AI Marketing automation tools like n8n, Heygen, Apollo.io, Hunter.io
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
