Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist with AI knowledge is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns using traditional digital strategies along with AI-powered tools. This role focuses on improving brand visibility, generating leads, analyzing campaign performance, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Social Media, SEO, SEM, Email, Content, Website). Use AI tools for content creation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics. Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO. Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns; monitor performance and ROI. Use AI-based analytics tools to track user behavior and campaign performance. Automate marketing tasks using AI-powered marketing automation platforms. Generate insightful reports and suggest data-driven strategies. Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends. Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing). Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Google Analytics AI insights, HubSpot AI, etc. Experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and strong communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and AI-based content tools. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with AI training may also apply). Certifications in Digital Marketing or AI tools (preferred). Additional Requirements (optional)Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, Marketo). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website builders (WordPress, Webflow). Understanding of AI-driven customer segmentation and personalization.
