We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage and scale ad campaigns, generate quality leads, and build a strong digital presence for the brand. Key Responsibilities:📢 Paid Ads & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube) Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI Create target audience segments, retargeting funnels, and lookalike audiences 📈 Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking Set up lead generation campaigns and landing pages using tools like Google Forms, Meta Lead Ads, or third-party CRMs Ensure proper tracking of leads through UTM parameters, pixels, and analytics Coordinate with the sales team for lead quality and conversions 📊 Analytics & Reporting Track daily performance of ad sets and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Suggest and implement campaign improvements based on CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant dashboards 📱 Social Media & Branding Support Work closely with the design team for ad creatives and video assets Ensure consistent digital branding across platforms Assist with basic content strategy and campaign planning 🌐 Additional Channels Run ads on Quora, LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMart, and other property-related platforms Coordinate with real estate portals for promotional campaigns Requirements:Minimum 1 years of experience running performance marketing campaigns (Real estate experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics Familiar with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization Must be self-driven and result-oriented with strong reporting skills Bonus: Experience with CRM tools and automation platforms Why Join Us?Work on premium real estate campaigns with performance-based tracking High ownership role with creative and technical freedom Exposure to luxury segment campaigns and investor-level lead funnels Vibrant team and office at the commercial hub of Noida (Sector 18) 📩 To Apply: Interested candidates must send their portfolio and campaign results/screenshots on WhatsApp to: 📱9899995222
