Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic-level SEO activities, including on-page website optimization, keyword research, meta tag creation, and basic content optimization.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display – basic level), including campaign creation, keyword targeting, budget optimization, and performance tracking.
- Optimize the company website for improved lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Work on website lead targeting and landing page optimization to enhance inquiry quality.
- Monitor, manage, and analyze leads through CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Coordinate closely with sales and export teams to support international buyer lead generation.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Assist in social media promotions and paid boost campaigns across digital platforms.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports to management.
- Handle digital communication with export clients via email, website inquiries, and CRM systems.
- Manage and respond to customer support queries across website, email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional responses to all online inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction and lead engagement
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Basic SEO and Google Ads knowledge
- Website lead generation & CRO understanding
- B2B & Export marketing exposure (mandatory)
- Zoho CRM or similar CRM experience
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Canva
- Good communication in English & Hindi
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, IT, or any related field
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage

Key Technical & Laptop Skills
- Proficient in Laptop & Desktop Operations

- Practical knowledge of Canva (basic designing)
- Ability to handle CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred)
- Experience in Google Ads, SEO tools & website backend
- Data entry, report preparation & lead tracking on laptop
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to work on online portals, dashboards & cloud-based too
