SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketer, you will lead SEO, paid advertising, and digital growth initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing visibility, running high-performing campaigns, enhancing website performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive traffic, conversions, and long-term business growth.

Advertising

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
• Track and improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) through testing and audience targeting.
• Align ad creatives and messaging with campaign objectives in collaboration with design/content teams.
• Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage audiences and maximize conversions.

SEO

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes,

  AI-driven search developments

  (SGE, Bing AI, etc.), and SEO best practices to future-proof visibility.

Digital Growth

• Enhance website performance and conversions through CRO, A/B testing, and usability improvements.
• Leverage analytics (GA, Tag Manager, Data Studio) to track performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Recommend and implement strategies across digital channels to scale brand reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaign management
• Strong knowledge of

  search algorithms, paid ads bidding models, and conversion optimization

• Hands-on experience with

  Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console

• Understanding of

  landing page optimization

  and funnel performance
• Proven results demonstrated through past campaigns or portfolio
• Based in Jaipur, available for in-office collaboration
