About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Manager to lead our digital calling team, oversee prospect generation activities, and ensure seamless coordination with new clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of digital engagement processes, and the ability to convert leads into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, train, and supervise the digital calling team to ensure high-quality outreach and communication.

Develop and execute effective digital lead generation strategies across multiple channels.

Monitor daily team performance, call quality, and conversion metrics.

Maintain and update prospect databases using CRM tools.

Coordinate efficiently with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding and timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to reinforce a streamlined customer journey.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on lead generation progress and team performance.

Identify improvements in digital communication processes and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in digital operations, lead management, or inside sales.

Strong communication and team-management skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results within deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve strategies.

Preferred Attributes
Experience handling outbound/inbound digital communication teams.

Knowledge of customer onboarding processes.

Strong problem-solving and client coordination abilities.
