Digital Manager

As the Digital Officer at LTEL, your role is crucial in supporting the successful deployment and adoption of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across the site(s). You will work closely with various departments such as production, engineering, planning, quality, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the MES solution is effectively integrated into operational workflows and delivers its intended value. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on support during implementation and acting as a key user advocate post-deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the site-level ambassador for digital transformation initiatives. - Prepare specifications/requirements for digital transformation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, production, quality, engineering) to facilitate effective MES deployment. - Translate operational needs into system requirements and support configuration/testing. - Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure team readiness and adoption. - Serve as first-line support during and after go-live for MES and digitalization-related issues. - Gather feedback from end-users and relay insights to the MES implementation team for continuous improvement. - Support the development and refinement of SOPs, workflows, and digital process documentation. - Monitor usage and performance of MES applications and encourage user engagement. - Ensure data integrity and adherence to compliance standards during MES implementation. - Champion the cultural change toward digital transformation and data-driven operations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their implementation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements effectively. - Proven track record of supporting the deployment and adoption of digital solutions. - Knowledge of SOPs, workflows, and digital process documentation. - Familiarity with monitoring usage and performance of MES applications. - Commitment to ensuring data integrity and compliance standards. - Passion for driving cultural change towards digital transformation and data-driven operations.,
