Job Title: Digital Manager Location: Ludhiana (On-Site, In-house) Role Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Manager to lead our digital presence, optimize online performance, and drive measurable growth. The role requires hands-on expertise in website management, SEO, paid media, and analytics, along with the ability to collaborate across teams for seamless campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Brand Website Management & Digital Marketing Manage daily updates, content uploads, and overall website maintenance. Oversee back-end inventory updation to ensure accuracy and availability. Create and update banners, images, and other visual assets for the website. Liaise with the social media team to integrate promotions and campaigns, and update the same on the website. Manage the front-end consumer interface to ensure a smooth and engaging user journey. Ensure the smooth flow of incoming orders from website to fulfillment. Coordinate with developers/designers for UI/UX improvements and troubleshooting. Ensure website security, mobile optimization, and smooth user experience. Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to implement improvements. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research and manage keyword strategy. Optimize site content, blogs, and metadata (including meta tags) for higher search engine visibility. Build and manage high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority. Track keyword rankings and generate monthly SEO performance reports. Google Ads & Paid Media Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Run purchase ads on the website to drive conversions. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CTR, and conversions. Manage budgets, monitor ad spend, and report campaign outcomes. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance effectiveness. Analytics & Reporting Track and measure digital performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager. Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for management. Cross-functional Support Work closely with content, design, and sales teams for digital campaign execution. Ensure website and ad campaigns align with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and paid media. Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.), and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of website management (WordPress/Shopify or similar).
