About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in the automobile sector. Whether you're experienced in the automobile industry or a fresh face ready to kickstart your career, this role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment.

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with customers, promoting our products/services, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll be working closely with our sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Provide detailed information about our automobile products and services
• Answer queries and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Promote special offers, services, and promotions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in automobile industry is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
