Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote (as required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, pitch products/services, and support the sales team in closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert conversations into opportunities.

1.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases, CRM, or self-generated lists.
  • Identify potential customers and introduce the company’s solutions/services.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

2. Product/Service Pitching

  • Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive pitches for products or services (AI Solutions, Automation Tools, Software Development, etc.).
  • Explain features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition in simple, effective language.

3. Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain regular communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Update lead status and notes in the CRM.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling enquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Address basic objections and escalate complex issues to senior sales executives.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed call logs, lead statuses, and daily activity reports.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Excellent spoken English & local languages

  • Ability to handle pressured conversations calmly

Sales Skills

  • Ability to pitch persuasively
  • Basic objection handling
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Technical / Tools Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Basic understanding of AI, software, or services (training provided)
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.)
  • Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email

Qualifications
