Job Title: Project Manager – Digital Finance Domain Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Digital Finance to mentor and guide college student teams through real-world project execution. The ideal candidate will facilitate a structured learning environment, ensuring that students gain practical exposure to financial concepts, project management methodologies, and industry best practices . This role requires strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional work environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and anchor student project teams to deliver real-world digital finance projects with industry relevance. Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial statements and core financial concepts to guide students in project execution. Analyze financial data , identify trends, and provide structured feedback for student learning. Ensure effective communication of financial concepts in a way that is engaging, simplified, and comprehensible to students. Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met with high standards and professionalism . Facilitate interactive workshops, Q&A sessions, and feedback loops to support student progress. Collaborate with industry experts and faculty to design project-based learning frameworks. Assess student performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve financial and analytical skills. Ensure students develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and professional communication skills . Guide students in using financial tools, digital platforms, and analytical models applicable to the finance industry. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of financial principles, financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow analysis), and digital finance concepts . Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment . Proven ability to engage, mentor, and train students or early-career professionals . Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to break down complex topics. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training in the finance domain is highly desirable. Strong project management skills , including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables . Familiarity with digital finance tools, financial modeling software, or fintech platforms is a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams . Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field . Certifications such as CFA, CPA, FRM, or PMP (preferred but not mandatory). Additional certification in Digital Finance, FinTech, or Data Analytics is an advantage. Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, investment banking, digital finance, or a related field . Experience in mentoring, training, or managing student teams/interns in a professional setting is a plus. Prior experience in academic collaboration, industry projects, or experiential learning initiatives is desirable. Hands-on experience with financial modeling, data analysis, or project-based learning methodologies is beneficial. May involve interaction with industry professionals, faculty members, and external mentors . Flexible working hours depending on student engagement and project timelines.
