Digital Asset Manager:-

As Digital Asset Manager , you’ll be the lead responsible for licensing creative assets for both internal and client-facing projects. This is a role where you’ll partner with creative directors, account managers, clients, procurement, legal teams and stock vendors. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities with a solution-oriented mindset, a knack for building and maintaining processes and relationships, and with a natural aptitude for collaboration.

In This Role You Will

  • Establish and maintain relations with stock houses globally to ensure our creative teams have the widest asset selection possible.
  • Review, acquire, distribute, organize, and manage all stock licenses and digital assets acquired across the company.
  • Maintain creative integrity and compliance within differing client budgets.
  • Be the liaison between the creative, account, legal, and procurement teams. Address any and all concerns w/r to pricing, licensing, and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to the company on the acquisition, management, and usage of digital assets.

Experience You Already Have

  • 5+ years professional experience as a Digital Asset Manager in advertising and marketing.
  • Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Preferably as administrator, or at least as librarian/curator.
  • You’re experienced in working with creative teams, account teams, and procurement.
  • You combine asset management with critical thinking; your analytical approach enables you to ask the right questions and waterproof ideas from a compliance perspective.
  • You have a strong understanding about the different types of assets used to make creative work (image, video, sound, font, animation, templates, etc.)
  • An ability to adapt quickly and accommodate creative requirements without compromising compliance and integrity.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
  • You are a consummate networker and relationship builder with the ability to navigate a global organization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities.
