What you’ll do

* Manage, organise, and maintain digital assets such as images, videos, logos, product information, and reference documents.

* Tag and categorise files using structured metadata and taxonomy.

* Support content lifecycle processes including version tracking, updates, and archival.

* Work closely with internal teams to understand how data and structured content improve efficiency and client outcomes.

* Assist in logging, managing, and helping resolve client escalations to ensure high satisfaction.

* Share simple data findings, status updates, and insights with the team.

* Help ensure that all content meets compliance standards and is error-free.

What we’re looking for

* Interest in Digital Asset Management, healthcare content, library science, or related fields.

* Basic Excel skills (formulas, charts, filtering, sorting).

* Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or understanding of metadata/taxonomy principles is a plus.
