EbizON is a commerce solutions provider working with global brands and retailers. We build high-impact performance marketing campaigns that scale revenue for D2C & e-commerce clients.
Role overview
You will own Meta ad campaigns end-to-end — from briefing creatives and audience building to scaling campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate data into action and run multiple campaigns across verticals. Key responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across objectives (conversions, lead gen, traffic, app installs).
  • Build and maintain audience strategy: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting funnels.
  • Conduct creative and copy A/B tests — analyze and iterate.
  • Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and deliver regular performance reports.
  • Setup/validate Meta Pixel and Conversions API with analytics teams.
  • Collaborate with design/content to produce ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS/CPA.
  • Document learnings and maintain campaign playbooks.


Must-have

  • 2+ years direct experience running Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with campaign reporting & spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.
  • Practical knowledge of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and scaling.
  • Clear communication and ability to work with creative and product teams.


Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to Google Ads / other paid social platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce / D2C brands or performance marketing agencies
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4) or BI tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns that drive results. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns across different verticals.

  • Conduct audience research and build effective targeting strategies.

  • Optimize campaigns for performance, budget utilization, and ROI.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports.

  • Test creatives, copy, and audiences to identify high-performing strategies.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign alignment.

  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

  • Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools.

  • Knowledge of tracking pixels, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience with other paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, or performance marketing campaigns.

  • Certification in Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
