Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and monitor daily dialer operations using

    TATA dialer

    platforms
  • Configure and optimize calling campaigns based on business goals and target segments
  • Ensure smooth data uploads, list management, call pacing, and agent allocations
  • Collaborate with sales managers to analyze dialing metrics (connect rates, drop rates, agent utilization, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and coordinate with technical support when needed
  • Maintain compliance with calling regulations and ensure data hygiene


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience handling

    TATA dialer systems

    in a sales-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, lead management, and data reporting
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in EdTech or BPO/telesales is a plus
