DGM/GM Finance

As a DGM/GM Finance at Brinton Pharmaceuticals, your role will involve overseeing various financial aspects to support key initiatives across the organization. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of financial accounting, compliance, business partnering, and operational finance to provide proactive insights for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Finalize Accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, including consolidation for fully owned subsidiaries. - Manage and coordinate audits with Statutory Auditors for annual and quarterly closures. - Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports for the Board and senior management. - Ensure compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxation requirements, such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc. - Oversee Company Secretarial Compliances and governance standards alignment. - Assist business units in pricing decisions, contract vetting, and commercial negotiations. - Provide financial insights in divisional business reviews to support decision-making. - Lead the Annual Budgeting process, monitor actual spend vs. budgets, and recommend corrective actions. - Monitor fund position and cash flow planning for smooth financial operations. - Drive automation and IT enablement initiatives in the finance function for improved efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualified CA / ICWA professional. - 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks. - Experience working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and MIS tools. - Exposure to manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors preferred.
