About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Performance Marketing & Management Specialist to drive paid and organic growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram YouTube and TikTok. If you have a strong analytical mindset, experience in ad campaigns, content strategy, and audience engagement, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize International paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop and implement data-driven social media performance marketing strategies to improve awareness, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize ad creatives and audience targeting for maximum effectiveness.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing creatives and video assets.
• Develop and execute an International organic social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Manage International influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

✅ 2-4 years of experience in social media performance marketing and social media management.

✅ Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.

✅ Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike targeting, and retargeting strategies.

✅ Hands-on experience with A/B testing

✅ Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad performance tools.

✅ Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

✅ Excellent communication and project management skills.
