🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  DFT architectures

  for complex SoCs and ASICs.
• Hands-on expertise in

  Scan Insertion, ATPG, and Fault Coverage improvement

  .
• Design and integration of

  MBIST, LBIST, and BSCAN

  structures.
• Experience with

  Boundary Scan (JTAG)

  and

  On-Chip Clock Controller (OCC)

  implementations.
• Define and validate

  SDC constraints

  and work closely with synthesis, STA, and physical design teams.
• Proficient in

  EDT/Compression techniques

  and

  SSN (Switching Noise) analysis

  .
• Perform DFT verification, pattern generation, and bring-up support on silicon.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with RTL, PD, and Validation teams for DFT closure and silicon success.

🧠 Required Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in:

• Scan, ATPG, BIST (MBIST/LBIST)

• Boundary Scan (JTAG, BSCAN)

• EDT / Compression Techniques

• OCC (On-Chip Clock Controller)

• SDC, SSN, and DFT verification

• Proficiency with

  any leading DFT tools

  (Mentor Tessent, Synopsys DFTMAX, Cadence Modus, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of ASIC flow — RTL to GDSII, test synthesis, and post-silicon validation.

🎓 Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or VLSI Engineering.
