Devotee Engagement & Fulfilment Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and spiritually aligned Service Operations Coordinator to bridge our live-streamed programs with service delivery operations, ensuring a seamless, sacred, and timely experience for global clients. This role will serve as the fulfilment nerve center, collaborating with sacred event teams, logistics, customer care, and sales managers to ensure accurate service mapping and proactive communication. Operations & Ritual Fulfilment Coordinate live events, programs and associated services. Sync dispatches (physical or digital) with event completion timelines. Maintain a fulfilment dashboard for all ongoing and upcoming client orders linked to live programs and events  Customer Communication Act as a liaison between event execution teams and customer support Proactively communicate event completion, dispatch info, and delivery status to clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Handle escalations related to delays or special requests with empathy and clarity. Sales Enablement Support the sales team with order fulfilment updates, special event schedules, and package customization. Provide sales ops with real-time client insights (like frequent patrons or special needs devotees) to upsell or cross-sell. Assist in curating high-touch client experiences during festivals and spiritual campaigns. Platform & Tech Coordination Update service status and completion on the backend dashboard (admin panel). Sync with livestream teams to ensure clarity in titles, ritual identifiers, and tags. Collaborate with the IT/dev team for automation of event-to-service mapping. Reporting & Analytics Maintain fulfillment SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and publish weekly reports. Identify gaps in coordination and propose solutions to improve efficiency and spiritual impact. Log recurring issues and suggest system-level changes to improve process flow.
