students in schools by better identification of learning potential through our scientifically

validated psychometric assessments. Whizqiz products have been heavily researched and our

Career Guidance Test has been used across schools both in India and Gulf regions.

Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved

in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevOPs Engineer to join our Technical team. The positions presents an opportunity

to:

• Manage provisioning of infrastructure to development team and production.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD.
• Work with Operations to understand and implement scaling for Solutions and DB.
• Implement Health and Error monitoring system

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/B. Tech/ M. tech/MCA.
• Experience: 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins etc. .
• Understanding of the AWS cloud platform is a must .
• Knowledge in managing ECS, Aurora DB, Lambda
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines

Work with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to improve automation of build, test, and

deployment workflows.

• Monitor system health, infrastructure performance, and availability

Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or CloudWatch to detect issues proactively and ensure

system uptime.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams for reliable release cycles

Participate in deployment planning, troubleshoot issues across environments, and ensure smooth

coordination between teams.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration

Write and maintain scripts, and work with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Manage and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes

Build, deploy, and monitor containers; assist in scaling and managing microservices using Kubernetes or

similar orchestration tools.

• Implement and maintain backup, logging, and alerting systems

Set up logging using ELK/EFK stacks or similar tools; ensure data recovery systems and alert mechanisms are in place.

• Enforce DevOps best practices for security, version control, and automation

Apply secure coding and access control practices; manage secrets, credentials, and compliance as per

company policy.

• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and scripts

Keep clear, updated internal documentation to enable smooth knowledge transfer and onboarding.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions

Attend sprint meetings, contribute to standups, and take ownership of DevOps-related tickets and

initiatives.

About the Job:

• Mode of Work – On-site
• Working Hours – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Working Days – 5 Days a Week
• Location – Prabhat Road, Pune
