Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services. Role Overview: Core Work Areas: Research and Development Psychometrics Content Development Training Design Client Interaction Requirements: Education: Master’s degree in Psychology (Above 70%) (Industrial-Organizational/Clinical/Counseling) Keen interest in Psychological Research Educational Cutoff: 70% - 10th and 12th (Mathematics in class 12th preferable) Experience: 6 months / 1 Year Knowledge of Foundational Concepts in Psychometrics, Psychology, Psychological Research Knowledge of Industry Trends (Preferable) Knowledge of Statistical Analysis Procedures Tools Proficiency: MS Office, SPSS Key Responsibilities: Psychometric Research: Undertake Primary and Secondary Research for developing new Constructs and Psychometric Tools as per the requirement. Item Writing: Writing items for the development of constructs and tools as per the requirements. Data Collection and Analysis: Obtaining data from different sources and conducting data analysis to establish the Reliability and Validity of the developed Psychometric Tools. Content Development: Researching and developing the content for test reports and related documents along with Training and Development Programs for Internal and External purposes. Facilitation Assistance: Providing assistance in Training programs and workshops. Client Communication: Responsible for Client Communication, Requirement Gathering and Account Management for clients. Market Research: Conducting Market Research to stay updated and understand the Psychometric Market Trends. Show more Show less
