Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute large-scale device migration projects leveraging Quest On Demand Migration tools to streamline migration of user profiles, data, and configurations across Windows environments.Plan, coordinate, and implement migration strategies minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity during transitions.Design, implement, and manage device management policies and configurations using Microsoft Intune across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.Monitor device compliance, security status, troubleshoot endpoint issues, and collaborate with security teams to enforce device security policies and patch management adhering to corporate standards.Automate device migration and management tasks using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API to improve efficiency and reporting.Provide advanced support for device onboarding, enrollment, lifecycle management, and mentor junior team members on migration best practices and Intune device management.
Qualifications & Skills
