Role Description Job Title: Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer Experience Range: 3.5 to 6 years Hiring Locations: Pune, Chennai Job Description Overview We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer/System Analyst with 5-6 years of IT experience, including 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development and implementation experience. The candidate will work closely with onsite teams and business stakeholders and must be capable of independently handling configuration, customization, and integration tasks. Must-Have Skills Salesforce Development & Configuration: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura Components) Triggers, SOQL, Salesforce Admin Activities Experience with at least 3 actual projects on Salesforce Lightning Implementation of workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports & dashboards Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce App Builder Integration & API: Experience integrating with Force.com Web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL) Familiarity with Force.com Bulk API and Metadata API Development Tools & Technologies: Salesforce IDE (Eclipse), ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery (or any JavaScript framework) Data Handling & Deployment: Apex Data Loader or other ETL tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.) Production deployments and resolving deployment issues Database experience – SQL/PL-SQL, stored procedures, schema design Testing & Best Practices: Unit testing and test class coverage for both positive and negative test scenarios Adherence to Salesforce coding best practices and governor limits Communication: Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with USA-based teams for KT and delivery Good-to-Have Skills Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Salesforce Platform Developer II / DEV 501 (All 3 parts completed) Advanced Admin (ADM 301), Service/Sales Cloud Consultant Domain Knowledge: Experience in BFSI domain Working experience and certification in Service Cloud Additional Salesforce Features: Salesforce1 mobile development Heroku, Radian6, Einstein Analytics Other Technologies: Prior development experience in Java or .NET Exposure to Google APIs Show more Show less
