Developer III - SFDC Developer

As a Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer at UST, you will be responsible for utilizing your 5-6 years of IT experience, with a focus on 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development and implementation. You will collaborate closely with onsite teams and business stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to independently handle configuration, customization, and integration tasks effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Salesforce Development & Configuration: - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura Components) - Experience with Triggers, SOQL, Salesforce Admin Activities - Implementation of workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports & dashboards - Certifications: - Salesforce Platform Developer I - Salesforce App Builder - Integration & API: - Experience integrating with Force.com Web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL) - Familiarity with Force.com Bulk API and Metadata API - Development Tools & Technologies: - Utilization of Salesforce IDE (Eclipse), ANT Migration Tool, Change Sets - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery (or any JavaScript framework) - Data Handling & Deployment: - Experience with Apex Data Loader or other ETL tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.) - Proficiency in production deployments and resolving deployment issues - Testing & Best Practices: - Conduct unit testing and ensure test class coverage for both positive and negative test scenarios - Adherence to Salesforce coding best practices and governor limits - Communication: - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with USA-based teams for KT and delivery **Qualifications Required:** - Salesforce Platform Developer II / DEV 501 (All 3 parts completed) certification preferred - Advanced Admin (ADM 301), Service/Sales Cloud Consultant certification a plus - Experience in BFSI domain beneficial - Working experience and certification in Service Cloud advantageous As a Salesforce Developer/System Analyst at UST, you will be a valuable part of a global digital transformation solutions provider that has been making a real impact through transformation for over 20 years.
