Desktop Support Team Lead

As a Desktop Support Engineer at Fidelis Technologies, your role will involve providing Level 1/2 desktop support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers. Additionally, tasks such as user account management, email configuration, and backup support will be part of your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 1/2 desktop support to end users - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers - Manage user accounts, configure emails, and provide backup support Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support - Strong background in desktop support - Previous Team Lead experience preferred but not mandatory In this position, you will also need to coordinate with vendors, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain asset records and service logs efficiently. The job is full-time, requiring you to work in person at the Chandivali, Andheri (Mumbai) location. The shift is rotational, with 6 working days a week and Sunday as a fixed off day.
