Overview: This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B tech sales. As a Sales Intern, you’ll work closely with the sales and technical teams to support lead generation, customer engagement, and market research for Citrix and SOC solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers through research and outbound efforts. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demos. Collaborate with technical teams to understand solution offerings (Citrix virtualization, SOC services). Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and prospect data. Participate in client calls, webinars, and meetings as required. Analyze customer pain points and help align solutions to their needs. Stay updated on industry trends in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong communication skills – verbal and written. Eagerness to learn about IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented. Familiarity with sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Basic understanding of Citrix, virtualization, or SOC concepts is an advantage (training will be provided).
