Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage desktop support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide L1 & L2 level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools like ticketing systems.
  • Ensure SLA compliance by monitoring service levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in desktop engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of End User Support, VIP Support, Mac Support, Desktop Support, Laptop Support.
  • Proficiency in Desktop Engineering (L2), Remote Support, IT Team Management.
